46664 Latino finally cancelled?
'46664 Latino' concert has been postponed due to economical differences between the promoters and Benidorm's city council. Major artists (al least for spanish public) such as Shakira, Chayanne, Alejandro Sanz or Luis Miguel aren't confirmed yet as it was promised by the organizers.
'46664 Latino' was ment to be a major musical event in which the biggest international stars were going to perform. The original concert was going to have place in the Municipal Stadium (capacity 30000 souls) and the budget was around 3 millon euros - amount that has been reduced as artists were unconfirmed. The lack of some important artists was the reason why on 29th July the city Council announced that the event wasn't guaranteed at all given that only a few weeks to the scheduled date only 600 ticket had been sold.

Roger at VH-1's Music First
On 26th Jul 2004 Roger took part in VH-1's Music First programme talking musicals. Here is what he said:
"Okay, so you like classic rock, but a musical isn't really your bag. But if you're a Queen fan, and you like their music, you might want to rethink your stance on musicals." That's according to Queen drummer Roger Taylor, who says We Will Rock You is one worth putting aside your prejudices for.
"It is a good show. I mean, I have a high, I have a very irritable, irritable cringe factor, you know? And I don't like musicals, but I tell you what, I like this one. And it is, it's funny, it's got a lot to say. You will see before your very eyes the extermination of all boy bands. It's uplifting, and it's fun, and it's funny, and I can't say anything more than that."
