"I am a musician by profession, that's my whole life, and I didn't want to waste it in easy retirement"
Roger and The Cross made few tv appearances while promoting their "Shove It" album singles. This time it was the first one, called "Cowboys And Indians" (you can see the cover of the single on one of the photos below). Here is the gallery of the tv show for you. As you can also see, there is Debbie Leng, Roger's long time friend and mother of his children, singing backing vocals. The programme was broadcasted on 17th October 1987, it was 26 days after Roger first met Debbie. You can see her on the picts first on the right (as you look at the picture) or the is a separate photo of her. The Cross played two songs during the programme: "Cowboys and Indians" and "Stand Up For Love". None of these songs were mimed.
